Date on which the dressing was last changed.
Multiple Dutch Health and Care Information models (Dutch: Zorginformatiebouwsteen or zib) have a date of last dressing change concept, named DateOfLastDressingChange. This element cannot be mapped into the Condition resource, hence the reason for this extension.
