The Dutch Health and Care Information models (Dutch: Zorginformatiebouwsteen or ZIB) for NursingIntervention models a direct reference to the healthcare provider who requested the procedure. The Procedure resource does not include a reference to a Practitioner or PractitionerRole resource to indicate who requested the procedure.
To provide requester information for the nursing intervention or procedure. Currently, there is no field avaiblable in a Procedure resource for this information, hence the reason for this extension.
