An extension to provide a comment on the nutrition advice as defined by the Dutch Health and Care Information models (Dutch: Zorginformatiebouwsteen or ZIB) NutritionAdvice v3.1(2017EN). NOTE: the HCIM concept ‘Explanation’ was renamed to ‘Comment’ in the 2017 version of HCIM NutritionAdvice. The id and url of this extension are mistakenly copied from the previous version based on HCIM release 2015 and therefore still contain the outdated term ‘Explanation’, this will be corrected in a future release.
The NutritionOrder.oralDiet.type.text element will be used to define the actual diet instruction. There is no element available to provide a comment on the nutrition advice. Therefore this extenstion can be used.
